I feel the prettiest *laugh*. I’ve always liked to think having the perspective of the opposite gender brings more to the table and it’s certainly interesting when we have discussions about anything under the Sun be it work, games or just life. I guess being in a male-dominated industry, I’m glad that I am being treated well and equally! I truly appreciate the inclusive and diversity here.

To answer this honestly and not simply say, “Of course it’s great working at BNSS!” (just because I work here *laugh*), I think there are times when working in any company, you feel like it’s the best thing ever and sometimes it just plainly isn’t for any reason. Ultimately how I determine a great workplace is the frequency and quality of what you love about it outweighing everything else.
If I had to list things I love and enjoy, it’s the range of IPs I get to work on, my teammates who I can count on, the level of trust that is placed on the team to deliver and not be micro-managed and of course a well-stocked pantry when working in the studio! Yes, I enjoy the benefits too!

I’ve been humbled to have gotten know and meet some of the legends in the video games industry. It takes a lot of skill to display a poker face while secretly fan-girling inside!
