Responsbilities

Create good quality production concepts, that may include Environment, Character, Creature and mech/props.
Work closely with Concept Art Leas and Art Team to create and maintain high-quality visual designs.
Work with project team leads in Tokyo HQ to provide support on overall visual quality of the productions.
Maintain consistent quality of work while staying on schedule.
Collaborate and work as team

Requirements

A minimum of 2-3 year’s experience in game development industry as concept artist.
Able to work in multiple artistic styles.
Strong Photoshop/Illustration skills.
Professional attitude and able to take constructive feedback.
Able to create detailed concept designs specific to the brief such as 2D drawings or 3D renders.
Have strong foundation in the traditional arts, including figure drawing, landscape painting and illustration.
Self-motivation, good communications skills, and a great team-player with a positive and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Well-organized and detail-orientated.
Solicits feedback frequently; accepts critiques and uses feedback to improve work

Plus Points

Proficient in a variety of digital 2D and 3D software programs such as Blender, Maya and 3D Coat.
Willingness to learn new software programs and tools.
Keeping up to date with the latest games and trends.
